We are enjoying beautiful blue skies, gentle breezes, and relative warmth here at the beach today!  

Our sunsets have been spectacular (and getting later!) Our sunrises have been fantastic (if you are up by 5:30 to enjoy them) and the waters are calm....What a great time to be at the beach!  Come on down this weekend...we still have some vacancies!

If you can't make it this weekend, let me remind you of some big dates that are filling up quickly.

Next weekend is the big Sand Castle event here in Pacific Beach.  Bring mom out for a great time.  Stay Friday and Saturday night, and I will give you a late check-out on Mother's Day so you can either take mom to the Ocean Crest for Brunch, or make her a nice breakfast in your vacation home.  Availabilities that weekend are Moclips Oasis, a 1 bedroom 1 bath with phenominal views or Steps to the Beach, a 3 bedroom 2 bath that can sleep 12! 

Memorial Day Weekend is booking fast...We only have two remaining properties available: Surf's Up, a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath high on the bluff in Pacific Beach, or Moclips Oasis, a 1 bedroom 1 bath on the bluff in Moclips.  Don't be disappointed, reserve now!

4th of July...There isn't a better time to be at the beach.  Fireworks galore, and fun to be had by all.  Availabilities are: Blue Fish, a terrific 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage just across from the beach.  Moclips Oasis, 1 bedroom 1 bath on the bluff of Moclips, and Surf's Up, a great family friendly home on the bluff of Pacific Beach.

July 22-26-Sun & Surf Run....One of the most exciting times here at the beach.  3 bedroom homes available are: Avalon Shores, Pacific Retreat, Steps to the Beach, and What If.  2 bedroom homes available are: Robbins Nest & Coastal Nest, and our 1 bedroom cabin on the bluff, Moclips Oasis is also available.
