Attention all beach lovers!  September 5th, 6th and 7th is our annual Kite Festival, and we still have some availabilities at the Cottages at Pacific Beach. (formerly the Cottages at Sand Dollar Inn).  Whether you bring your own kite, or just enjoy the spectacular sight of  hundreds of kites flying along our miles of beach, this is an event you don't want to miss. 

This is also the weekend of Seabrook's Salmon Bake, being held at Seabrook on September 6, 2008 at 5:30 pm.  There will also be traditional Native American entertainment provided by a local tribe. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for children and are non-refundable.  There will be a cash bar for wine and beer. for more information contact Seabrook Cottage Rentals at (360) 276-0265 by September 1st, 2008 to RSVP and purchase your tickets.

What does this mean?  It means the first weekend in September is an AWESOME time to come to the beach!  Lot's of things to see and do to make it a memorable weekend.  Close to home, yet a world away.
